Pure & Simple DVD with Eoin Finn

The NEW Pure & Simple DVD showcases an intelligent, moderately paced, 40 minute sequence of poses that is great for beginner to intermediate yoga students. 
Eoin guides us through 3 breaths to establish a yoga pose.  We continue to hold the pose for four to five breaths, before moving on in a logical progression to the next series of asanas that flow together to provide increased fitness, tone and flexibility.

Special Features:

Dual-Level Visual Option:  You can elect to watch both the beginner and advanced versions of a pose on-screen at the same time. 

All-Levels Approach:  All levels All Good.  Our approach allows you to practice at your own pace, wherever you may be at this moment in time. 

Multiple Audio Tracks Zen Track (with minimal instruction and strong focus on the breath - this whole routine was set to a metronome).

Tidal Breath: You can turn the Ujjayi breath track on or off to add rhythm and focus.

“Details” Section: to help you ensure that you are doing the poses with the right aligment.  Just cursor over the pose that you want to see and, voila, a pose genie pops out and explains the fundamentals of each and every pose.  We want to make this routine enjoyable and safe, so we made sure we added this section.

Bonus Ujjayi breathing section:  Here you can practice the connection between breath,
consciousness and posture.  Then bring this state of being more into your practice.

Music:  You can choose to have the music on or off.  Enjoy an atmospheric and emotive soundtrack by Mike Bernard that helps bring you into that timeless realm of joy where we find ourselves during yoga. 
If you prefer silence or to put your own music on while doing yoga, you can choose the ‘music off’ option.
