Schedule:

Morning: Wakeup in the Baja Sunshine, have some tea, then start with half an hour of pranayama (breathwork) and half an hour of meditation. Yoga Asana Practice: each day we will focus on a different aspect of the practice - (twists, forward bends, hand balancing, backbends, inversions).

Lunch: Shani will feed us some tasty organic food to keep us happy and fueled throughout our day.

Afternoon: There will be afternoon surf sessions - body boards and surf boards are available for rental.
Surf lessons will also be provided by the staff at the Pescadero Surf Camp for an extra cost.

Evening: We'll reconvene around sunset for some more yoga asana focusing on in-depth analysis of the poses.

Then another round of nutritious Shani food.

Lastly we will spend about an hour every night focusing on yoga philosophy, poetry and blissology
